GetPracticeHelp.com is an independent comparison and information platform that helps healthcare practice owners and administrators research service partners and, if they choose, get matched with vendors across credentialing, billing, EHR, compliance, and related categories.
Information you provide directly. When you use our "Get Matched" service or other lead forms, we collect the details you submit -- such as your name, email address, phone number, and information about your practice (for example, specialty, practice size, city and state, EHR system, budget range, and the services you need). When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you list or claim a firm, we collect business and contact details. We also collect the contents of any message you send us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect technical and usage data -- such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the site -- using cookies and similar technologies.
Advertising and affiliate data. We display advertising and participate in affiliate programs. Advertising and affiliate partners may set cookies or use tracking parameters to measure clicks, referrals, and ad performance.
With service partners (vendors). When you request a match or ask to be contacted by a vendor, we share the details you submit with the relevant service partner(s) so they can respond to your request. This is the core function of the "Get Matched" service. We do not share Get Matched submissions with vendors you have not asked to be connected with.
With service providers and processors. We use trusted third parties to operate the site, including Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), Airtable (data storage), Brevo (email delivery), Google (analytics and advertising), Microsoft (product analytics), Stripe (payment processing for vendor listings), and affiliate networks such as Impact. These providers process information on our behalf or for the purposes described in this policy.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
